The Swedish technology company Addtech AB has acquired the entire share capital of Elkome Group Oy by an acquisition on March 5, 2020. Elkome companies are now part of the Addtech Automation business area.

Addtech acquires Elkome Group

The Swedish technology company Addtech AB has acquired the entire share capital of Elkome Group Oy by an acquisition on March 5, 2020. Elkome Group Oy includes its subsidiaries Elkome Systems Oy, Elkome Installaatiot Oy and Elkome Software Oy. Elkome companies are now part of the Addtech Automation business area.

Addtech is a technology group listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange. Addtech has 140 companies and 2,900 employees in 20 countries. The Group's net sales are approximately EUR 1 billion. In addition to Elkome, Addtech has about 20 companies in Finland. Elkome is complementing Addtech Automation business with its products and solutions.

Business co-operation between Elkome and Addtech Group enables to implement solutions for customers more flexible and efficient. Addtech also enables Elkome to offer its own products and services through its affiliates to a wider customer base in Finland and abroad.
