Elkome Group will merge into one Elkome Oy

The structure of the Elkome companies will change at the end of July, and as of August 1, 2020, we will serve our partners in one company, Elkome Oy.

The business operations of Elkome Systems Oy, Elkome Installaatiot Oy and Elkome Software Oy will continue with the merger of the companies into Elkome Oy (formerly Elkome Group Oy). The rights and obligations related to the business of the merging companies will be transferred to Elkome Oy unchanged.

With reference to the above, we further confirm that all valid business-related agreements, orders and other obligations between your company and the Elkome companies will be transferred unchanged on August 1, 2020 to Elkome Oy, which will be responsible for these obligations from the mentioned date.

We ask you to update our new company information to your registers.
