atvise SCADA software
atvise SCADA is a browser-based monitoring and control software carried out with the modern OPC UA architecture. The software works in all browsers without any browser expansions or the installation of Client software. The displays are scaled automatically to fit for different devices, like computers, tablets and smartphones.
Completely web-based SCADA
atvise SCADA displays are based on HTML5 standard, SVG vector graphics and HighCharts libraries. The user doesn't need to install any software to the computer so it is easy to add new users. HTML5 guarantees compatibility with any browser. Because of the SVG vector graphics the pages are light and zoomable unlimitedly. Trend screens are implemented with the HighCharts library that can be used for visualizing other things. Because of the JavaScript support the displays can be customized unlimitedly.
OPC UA architecture as the core of the system
atvice SCADA is based on the OPC UA architecture that provides possibilities for secure communication between automation equipment, software and other information systems of different manufacturers. atvice SCADA is attached to the OPC UA server of the PLC. Project information is read from the server and this can be further enriched with for example alert, recording and display settings. Because the system is object-based, all of the changes made to the system are updated automatically to both directions. atvise SCADA also works as a OPC UA server so it is easy to transmit data from it to external history databases and higher lever ERP and MES systems. With OPC UA the data can also be transmitted to cloud services.
The only redundant web SCADA
With atvise SCADA's architecture it is easy to implement duplicated systems. In a redundant system two identical servers work side by side and synchronizes data with each other. The primary server collects the data and offers a control screen to the user. The other server works on the side completely identically. Users' browsers are automatically directed to the secondary server, if for example the load on the primary server exceeds the limit.
A new mindset for pricing
The traditional SCADA systems are priced based on tags and every client has to paid separately. atvise SCADA revolutionizes pricing with a new way of thinking - You only pay for what you show. You can attach clients to the atvise SCADA system infinitely without any additional cost. The price is based on the amount of tags on the user's screen at the same time. The new pricing eliminates all the old limits in sharing data and the amount of users.
