You can simply send a call by pressing the IoT-button. The button automatically sends a request to the correct person in charge. The LED-lights around the button shows if the call has been sent or if it has been answered it. The green light indicates that help is on its way.
It is easy to send calls with any web browser. Simple buttons are created on the browser which will send the call to the people in charge that is set beforehand. The person calling doesn't have to wonder who should he/she call or how to contact that person. This process happens quickly and simply.
The call will be automatically passed on to the correct person or group in charge of the matter. An unoccupied person in the group will accept the task and the information will be relayed back to the sender. Thanks to the calling system, the task can begin immediately and the sender doesn't have to wait for a reply.
All calls and responses are saved in the system's database. You can see at a glance from the report which posts have sent the most calls and the people responding to the calls. With the timestamps the management can also get valuable information on reaction and response times to problems.
