ESD-tester for Personnel Protection
Elkome’s ESD-tester monitors ESD protection of the personnel in the EPA. With real-time monitoring, it enables immediate reactions to ESD risks. The reports will help to spot long-term problems, which is helpful for, for example, planning the overhaul of the equipment or the protection area.
ESD testing stations in the production
A testing station includes an ESD tester and a stylish touchscreen interface. The tester can identify the user with barcode or RFID/NFC identification. A new user can be added to the system directly from the tester.
Database and management software
The ESD test system’s database and management software enables concentrated recording and reporting of measurement results. The software can be connected to an unlimited amount of testers. The management software enables the personnel to be divided into groups according to the organization model.
Reporting and management tools
The management can use real-time reports to see how the employees have completed the tests and how the results have changed. The management software’s dashboard shows a summary of the key figures that makes it easy to track the ESD situation. The test results can be examined more closely by person, by test station or by the organization division. Measurement results and trends can also be shared for all the staff to see on the production’s info screens.
