The basic service of the technical support we offer is giving advice through email. The service is available around the clock. Attach your contact information and as detailed of an description of the problem as possible in the request. In case of a product problem, we will need the exact product code and the serial number. The basic service is carried out on FIFO principle. We will answer to the request as soon as possible, usually in the same workday.

RemoteHelp Service

It is efficient and cheap to solve problems via remote connection. This service requires access to the client’s system through a safe connection. Via remote access, Elkome’s experts can monitor the operation of the system and solve system-related problems. You can get RemoteHelp service to complement your free email support or attach this as part of your SiteCare Service.

SiteCare Service

Industrial machines and devices need to work properly without any unplanned interruptions. Unexpected breakdowns can be expensive, if you have to wait days or even weeks for the replacement or the maintenance to come. You can be prepared by getting replacements or let Elkome handle the maintenance of your systems.

Warranty extensions
