Machine Condition Monitoring
The safety and usability of machines and devices require regular condition measurements. We provide sensors and measuring systems for monitoring and protecting machines.
Sensors for condition monitoring
There are many pumps, electric motors and other running machines in the industry which conditions we would like to monitor. You can install a fixed sensor to the machine that is connected to the automation or the PLC system. Acceleration, velocity and displacement sensors are typically used to monitor bearing vibration, axle vibration, displacement and bending in protection systems.
Monitoring individual devices
We provide machine protection devices with 1-4 channels for monitoring smaller machines and devices. The protection is based on continuous vibration monitoring and temperature measurements. You can use this for blowers, compressors and electric motors. In case of danger, for example when the bearing is damaged, the system automatically stops the machine. The system fulfills the requirements of the ISO10816 standard.
Automatic protection systems
Industrial turbines, generators and big motors are usually equipped with automatic protection systems. The purpose of the protection systems is to prevent serious damage to the machines as well as avoid danger to the environment and personnel. The multi-channel automatic protection system makes it possible to monitor dozens of different machines across the whole factory with one system.
