atvise SCADA software

atvise SCADA is a modern control room software implemented with OPC UA architecture. It allows you to monitor control room screens in all browsers without the need for browser extensions or installing client software. In addition, the screens are automatically scaled to different end devices, such as computers, tablets and smartphones.

Fully web-based SCADA software

atvise SCADA's control room screens are based on the HTML5 standard, SVG vector graphics and HighCharts libraries. The user does not need to install any software on the computer, so adding new users is easy. HTML5 guarantees compatibility with all browsers. Thanks to SVG vector graphics, the pages are light and infinitely zoomable. The trend screens are implemented with the HighCharts library, which can be used for other visualizations as well. Thanks to Javascript support, control room displays can be customized to an unlimited extent.

OPC UA architecture as the core of the system

atvise SCADA is based on the OPC UA architecture, which enables secure communication between automation devices, software and other information systems of different manufacturers. atvise SCADA is connected to the OPC UA server of the PLC or automation control system. Project information is read from the server and these can be further enriched with, for example, alarm, recording and display settings. Since the system is object-based, all changes made to the system are automatically updated in both directions. atvise SCADA also functions as an OPC UA server, so it is easy to transfer information from it to an external history database and to higher-level ERP and MES systems. With the help of OPC UA, information can also be transmitted to IoT cloud services.

Hot-Standby Redundancy

Implementing redundancy in atvise SCADA is a seamless process due to its architecture. In a redundant system, two identical servers work in parallel and synchronize information with each other. The primary server collects information and provides control room screens to users. Another server works in parallel completely identically. Users' browsers are automatically redirected to the secondary server if, for example, the primary server's load exceeds the permitted limit.

A redundant SCADA system ensures that monitoring and management of processes continues without interruption, even if one of the servers encounters a technical fault or other problem. A redundant system reduces the risk of unexpected downtime and the associated costs. Synchronization of critical data between two servers ensures that no data is lost or distorted in the event of a technical failure.

Redundant SCADA is an investment whose value increases over time as it prevents potential damage and ensures the smooth operation of industrial processes in all conditions.

A new thinking model for pricing

Traditional SCADA systems are priced on a tag basis and each client must be paid for separately. atvise SCADA revolutionizes pricing with a new thinking model – You only pay for what you show. You can connect an unlimited number of clients to the atvise SCADA system without additional costs. Pricing is based on the total number of tags on the screens of simultaneous users. The new pricing model removes all old restrictions on data sharing and the number of users.
