WaterPortal

The Water Portal allows water utilities to provide customers with a convenient web-based service for monitoring water consumption in real-time. Customers can access information on their water usage and receive alerts for potential water leaks or open faucets.

Real-time monitoring and optimization of water consumption

The Water Portal provides customers with valuable insights into their water consumption patterns and offers alerts for potential water leaks or open faucets. Additionally, a new feature on the Water Portal includes frost monitoring to alert users of any risk of the water meter freezing.

By utilizing the Water Portal, users can track their water usage, adjust their consumption habits, and ultimately save both money and help protect the environment.

Water consumption on graphs

Users have the ability to track their water usage through visual graphs, displaying consumption data over the past 24 hours. The system updates consumption information hourly and allows users to monitor their water usage on a yearly, monthly, weekly, or daily basis within their preferred time frame.

Data of water consumption is stored in the system for up to two years, giving users the option to download it for extended monitoring. By viewing the data on a yearly, monthly, weekly, or daily basis, users can effectively optimize their water usage.

Alerts for potential issues

Users can access information about potential malfunctions of the remotely readable water meter in the Water Portal. Key issues to watch out for include frost protection and continuous flow, which may signal a water leak at the destination or an open faucet from the consumer's perspective.

Users have the option to set up alerts for any potential issues. If a problem arises, an automatic alert message will be sent to the designated email address or mobile application.
